Return & Exchange Policy
We apologise if you did not like your purchase! We only accept exchange requests.
If the product is defective and broken you may request for an exchange.
Once opened or traces of use are found in the product, the exchange cannot be processed.
All exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your purchase.
If an exchange request is granted, the postage for the goods will be paid by the consumers themselves.
RM10 for West Malaysia, RM20 for East Malaysia (within 1-5kg)
